Charles Brown Appointed to State Bar Pattern Jury Charges Committee

Charles Brown, managing partner of MedMalFirm.com, has been appointed to a three-year term on the State Bar Committee on Pattern Jury Charges.

The committee assists trial courts in preparing and submitting cases to juries. It has the responsibility of reviewing and updating its suggestions and guidelines for specific cases to reflect ongoing changes in Texas common law and statutes.

Brown has been practicing medical malpractice law since 2000, and has been recognized for his expertise by dozens of national organizations. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
