Mary Green is partner attorney at Brown, Christie & Green where she focuses her practice on nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. As an advocate for her clients, Mary believes in paying attention to detail as she helps them move through the litigation process – a process that is scary or overwhelming to many clients.
Mary has three years of experience litigating medical malpractice and nursing home abuse cases, and has extensive knowledge of the litigation process and relevant laws. She believes in cultivating relationships with her clients built on trust and confidence.
Prior to attending law school, Mary began building a reputation for fierce advocacy. She aided in the successful exoneration of a wrongly convicted criminal while assisting the Texas Innocence Project and local criminal defense counsel. Mary is a native Texan, and grew up outside Houston in Spring, Texas. She moved to the Montrose neighborhood during college and quickly fell in love with life in Houston. Mary attended the University of St. Thomas, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She then went on to Baylor University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. Mary believes that her education has helped prepare her to be a successful attorney in the real world, and was focused on real-life scenarios, rather than legal theory alone.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys a variety of activities. She plays the piano very well, and enjoys practicing yoga. She is also an NFL enthusiast and enjoys watching Texans games. Mary has a large circle of family and friends who she also enjoys spending time with and cultivating deeper relationships.
