Professional Life and Practice
Arianna Barker is associate attorney at Brown Wharton & Brothers where she focuses her time on medical malpractice and nursing home abuse cases. Arianna was sworn into the State Bar of Texas in 2016, but her passion for the legal industry is deeply engrained. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and being a voice for those who cannot defend themselves.
In her practice, Arianna is known for her ability to keep cases moving forward without sacrificing her relationship with her clients. She is dedicated to keeping her clients well informed about their case throughout the legal process and making sure information is relayed in a way that her clients can understand. Her goal for every case is to leave her clients feeling as though she truly cares about them and what they are going through.
Arianna attended St. Agnes Academy before attending the University of Texas at Austin. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Government, she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During her time at UHLC, Arianna participated in multiple competitions and mock trials, even winning the Capital City Challenge advocacy competition in Washington, D.C. She was the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Organization, and served as Senior Editor of the Journal of Commercial and Consumer Law. She is currently an assistant coach for the St. Stephen’s Episcopal School Mock Trial team.
Arianna was born and raised in Houston, but she loves to travel and experience new cultures in her spare time. She prides herself on being organized and responsible in her professional and personal life.
