Anne Eubank Nurse Paralegal
“If clients say one thing about me, I hope it is that they trust I did a thorough review of their case and the medical records, and really did try to help them or their loved one.” – Anne Eubank
Professional Life and Practice
Anne Eubank is a nurse paralegal at Brown Wharton & Brothers. Anne works closely with our attorneys, staff, medical experts, and healthcare providers to ensure that expert reports are complete, accurate, and suited to the needs of each client. When it comes to medical records, procedures, standards of care, diagnosis, treatment, human health, and anatomy, Anne is the firm’s “go to” person.
Anne’s role with BWB is crucial. Her work helps advance pre-litigation and the litigation process. She has a knack for finding facts within medical records that might otherwise be missed. She is dedicated to finding the real issues related to a client’s medical care, answering questions about cases, and relaying information to our attorneys and clients that they need to know.
Before joining BWB, Anne worked as a nurse, which gave her valuable skills and experience that she now brings to our clients. She believes that her clinical experience has helped her develop a strong sense of compassion for clients who have experienced medical malpractice. She hopes that her work will help clients get a sense of understanding and closure.
Anne is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, but now lives in Houston with her husband and two stepsons. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the UT Health Science Center School of Nursing. She is a supporter of several charitable groups throughout Texas including the Urban Green/Hermann Park Conservancy and Buffalo Bayou Partnership, and she is a FLOCK member.
Not only is Anne compassionate toward the clients she works with, but she also has a heart for children. She would love to have her dog, Bruno, licensed as a therapy dog so she can visit sick children in the hospital in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and stepsons, of whom she is very proud. She takes her role in their lives seriously and finds it very rewarding.
One of Anne’s biggest goals in life to help those around her be happy. She strives to be the “poster child for mirth”, bringing joy to everyone in her life. Anne enjoys traveling, swimming, cooking, visual memory games, puzzles, and really spicy food. She is surprisingly good at making Asian dumplings.
